discuss + noun (no preposition)
Discuss is a transitive verb and takes its object directly. No preposition comes after it.

discuss + with + person
Use with to name the person you talk to. The topic stays as the direct object.

Discuss is a transitive verb and takes a direct object. The noun is different: 'a discussion about/on sth'.
Discuss एक transitive verb है, इसलिए इसके बाद सीधे object आता है और about नहीं लगता। 'We discussed the plan' सही है। Noun के साथ preposition आता है, जैसे 'a discussion about the plan'।
