'Repeat' is transitive: you repeat a word, a question, a mistake or an experiment. Use no preposition before the object.

Repeat already means 'say or do again', so 'repeat again' is tautology, unless you mean a second repetition. Write 'repeat the question', not 'repeat the question again'. The same applies to 'return back' and 'revert back'.
