§Grammar and usage

Well is the adverb of good ('She sings well', not 'sings good'); as well as (and also; in addition to: 'Radhika as well as her friends is coming'; the verb agrees with the first subject); may as well or might as well (there is no reason not to: 'We may as well start'); well-known, well-off, well-read, well-behaved (hyphenated before a noun).

यह बहुत पूछा जाता है: well, good का adverb है ('She sings well', 'sings good' नहीं); as well as (और भी; के अतिरिक्त: 'Radhika as well as her friends is coming'; verb पहले subject से मेल खाता है); may as well या might as well (न करने का कोई कारण नहीं: 'We may as well start'); well-known, well-off, well-read, well-behaved (noun से पहले hyphen के साथ)।
