?Which word?

admission or admittance?

Admission is the usual word: entry to a school or an event ('admission fee', 'admission to college') and also a confession ('an admission of guilt'). Admittance is formal and means only the physical right to enter: 'No admittance' on a door.

Admission सामान्य शब्द है: स्कूल या आयोजन में प्रवेश ('admission fee', 'admission to college') और स्वीकारोक्ति ('an admission of guilt') दोनों के लिए। Admittance औपचारिक है और केवल अंदर जाने के अधिकार के लिए आता है, जैसे दरवाज़े पर 'No admittance'।
