?Which word?

look forward to + -ing

In look forward to, to is a preposition, so it is followed by a noun or an -ing form: 'I look forward to hearing from you.'

'Look forward to' में to एक preposition है, इसलिए इसके बाद noun या gerund (-ing form) आता है। 'I look forward to hearing from you' सही है और 'to hear from you' गलत है।
